What's the difference between "brain cells" and "neurons"?

Neurons can sometimes be referred to as brain cells however this might not be true. Brain is made up of a number of different types of cells such as epithelial cells that make blood vessels of the brain. Although neurons are also present in the brain however, they are not only present in the brain but are also present throughout the body in each and every single organ.
