In physics when we look at pressure we know that it is inversely proportional to the area. Lesser the area more the pressure and vice versa. Similarly as the width of blood vessels decreases the pressure in Glomerulus increases that leads to ultrafiltration and the majority of substances enters the bowman's capsule such as urea, glucose, water etc.
