If i feel like a certain teaching approach will not prove to be much effective for a particular student, i make sure that i use a different approach for them that i can utilize more time in tutoring and delivering quality instructions and material that can benefit them rather than wasting time in miscommunication because out teaching and learning styles do not align. I am a very apt learner and my goals are rightly aligned with the goals of my students.
I keep my lesson plan highly student-centered so that my students can relate to what they are learning. I want my students to have the best learning experience where they can learn, grow, flourish and be succeeded. If there are diagrams, i help the students practice it on their own as well so that they can understand the concepts as well.
