I noticed a problem: there is a gap between what industries need and what students are learning in classrooms. I want to fix that problem. So, I began teaching with the goal of giving students a mix of textbook information and real-world experience.
For me, learning is not just about memorizing facts. It's about understanding why they are important and how they can be used. I believe it's important to understand theories, but I also value putting them into practice. In my classes, students often work on practice projects, solve made-up but realistic tech problems, and sometimes talk to guest speakers from the ICT world.I also like to stay informed. The world of ICT changes quickly, and I always try to teach using the newest trends and technology.
