I don’t pick random tutoring approaches for my students. Instead, I keenly study my students’ needs, and for this purpose, I try to find the answers to these three questions; Who is the learner? What are the goals of the learner? and What’s the gap between what the student knows and what he wants to achieve in the future? In short, I follow a proper plan to pick a perfect tutoring approach and build a student-centered learning environment.

If student is not active in the class I try to engage him by asking questions and making him practice in the class.
