Business Management
I studied at Jumeira Baccalaureate School and am now a first-year student at the University of Birmingham Dubai, pursuing a Business Management degree focusing on Finance. During my tutoring experience, I have worked with more than twenty students, helping several improve their grades from 4s to 5s and achieve their desired IB predicted grades. My tutoring has primarily been online, though I have also personally tutored the same students. I am passionate about supporting students in achieving academic success and building their confidence.
My approach is getting to know each student and understanding how they learn best. I like to create a comfortable space where they feel free to ask questions and dive into topics without any pressure. I keep lessons interactive, using real world examples and explanations that make the material easier to understand. I also quiz my students and ask them to teach me what they've learned as explaining a topic to another person is proven to help with understanding and retention. I always make sure to communicate clearly and patiently so my students feel confident and motivated to succeed.
