As with any successful teaching approach, mine involves gaining an insight into the individual learning style of the student and tailoring the sessions to suit this. I like tutoring with easy language. I usually follow the standard lesson plan outline, however, I do tweak the plans a bit in order to meet my tutees’ individual learning needs. I try to know my students well because I believe that a healthy student-tutor relationship can make learning processes more effective.
