I am an education professional with 10+ years of experience in High school Chemistry teaching, educational administration, curriculum designing, and student recruitment with a Masters’ degree in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, with well-versed knowledge in the latest technical knowledge. I have taught IGCSE students and delivered around 3000 hours to 100+ students of 8th ‐10th Grades a year
My tutoring approach is developing a comprehensive lesson plan based on curriculum and designing hands-on simulation and technological approaches to the subject matter to engage students in active learning. I am always open to questions and feedback and break out students' concerns in bullet points. Also, I present students' progress reports to their parents and them at the end of the month.
Shahida was my online tutor in grade 8, and overall, it was a great learning experience. Highly recommended.
She is good at explaining topics with details and quick to understand queries and complexities. Very helpful and kind tutor.
I would highly recommend her as a great and supportive Chemistry tutor.

I have successfully taught geography to students of all levels, covering topics like population growth, natural resources, and cultural geography.
I focus on experiential learning, using virtual tours, GIS technology, and real-world data to bring geographic concepts to life.
B.Ed
I have several years of experience teaching chemistry at various academic levels, helping students master fundamental and advanced concepts. My expertise includes organic, inorganic, physical chemistry, and laboratory instruction.
My tutoring approach is centered around student. Every student learns differently, so I prioritize getting to know each individual’s learning style, strengths, and challenges. I focus on fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills My approach is student-centered, meaning I adapt my methods to fit the learner’s pace and comfort level, always encouraging them to ask questions and explore ideas. I utilize a combination of active learning, inquiry-based techniques, and collaborative learning. I use formative assessments to monitor progress of students.

I Aliza Tariq, am a science teacher holding a master's degree in chemistry. I teach online as well as offline. I started home tuition in 2015 and then in covid I started online teaching. now I am teaching online national and international students. more preferably I use zoom and google meet for my online classes
Although I am a science teacher I know the mentality of students regarding how I should tackle thier problems and queries most important thing is that a teacher should be a friendly person so that student can ask their queries and not hesitate
BS Chemistry
I have years of experience teaching chemistry, helping students prepare for exams and building a strong understanding of chemical reactions and principles.
I use an engaging and problem-solving approach, incorporating digital simulations, real-world applications, and guided experiments to reinforce key concepts.
Masters
I have taught chemistry for several years, helping students build strong foundations in chemical concepts. My experience includes classroom teaching, lab work, and online tutoring.
I make chemistry relatable by linking concepts to everyday life. My lessons include demonstrations, interactive discussions, and guided practice to ensure thorough comprehension.
Masters in Inorganic Chemistry
In the last 8 years, I have grown to love inorganic chemistry. I have a master's degree in Inorganic Chemistry, which has given me knowledge and experience in studying the chemistry of metals and non-metals. I have gained practical experience with the reactions and concepts I teach through my time in lab settings. I can now share practical examples of inorganic chemistry with my students, in addition to the theory. I always aim to make this subject easy to understand and relatable.
I believe that visual learning is effective, especially for inorganic chemistry. It is important to understand the structure, shape, and electronic setups of different elements and compounds. That's why I often use molecular model kits in my sessions. It helps students understand molecular structures better by providing a hands-on experience. I focus on understanding why elements behave differently and the patterns that occur over time. It's important to combine theory with practise. I enjoy showing reactions like colour changes, precipitation, or gas evolution using simple setups. This practical method has always helped my students understand and remember complex ideas.
The molecular kits Valerie uses made all the difference for me. I've never been so confident in my understanding before.
I had so much trouble with periodic trends, but Valerie changed that. Her passion for teaching shines through.
Valerie taught in a very detailed way. If I didn't understand something, she would go over it again and again with patience and clarity, and she has helped me a lot in this very hard topic. This helped me get the grade I needed in A-level Chemistry so I can start my chosen degree programme at my first choice of university. Thanks, Valerie!
