I always observe culture and religious sensitivities of the students. I always encourage students' autonomous learning. I do need analysis formally/informally, find out students' pronunciation problems and elicit their learning style. This information helps me to design my lessons according to the students' needs. I have a postgraduate degree in analytical chemistry. I have more than fifteen years of experience teaching O/A level and other Cambridge systems. I remain part of renowned schools in my city, so I help the students in their counselling as well.
