My track record shows a consistent improvement in students' grades and overall grasp of the English language. Being well-versed with the IB curriculum has given me the advantage of making diverse lessons. Beyond just tutoring, I've been actively involved in the broader educational community, often participating in workshops and seminars to further enhance my skills. This involvement has allowed me to stay updated with modern teaching methodologies, ensuring that my students always receive the most relevant guidance.
To ensure effective learning, I include mindfulness and relaxation techniques into my sessions. I believe a calm mind absorbs information better and can critically think and analyze texts with more clarity. Also, my sessions are more than just about academics; they're about encouraging creativity. I constantly motivate my students to think outside the box, express their thoughts freely, and develop their own unique voice. Through this strategy, students not only meet academic benchmarks, but also learn to enjoy the process.

In my three years of teaching, I've offered academic coaching to students. This has taught me the value of individualized approaches. Mr. Holden is an educated fellow who knows IB curriculum and english perfectly. This makes me confident in learning from him. Not only this, Holden’s study materials are also incredibly helpful. I wish he had more free time so I could book more sessions.
