I have attended many seminars to improve my teaching methods for my students. In addition, I have taken on responsibilities outside of the classroom. I have helped with research projects and worked together with others on mathematical publications.

I teach my students to understand the patterns and logic behind formulas and equations, instead of just seeing them as abstract concepts. I have found a method called "reverse teaching" to be effective. It involves asking students to teach a topic back to me after it has been covered. This helps them understand better and feel more confident. I help students who are having trouble understanding a concept by explaining it in different ways. This can include using real-life examples, visual diagrams, or hands-on activities. The goal is to find a method that makes sense to them.
