I teach Mathematics at both university and school levels, with a PhD in Mathematics. My school-level teaching includes A-level, GCSE, Edexcel, and Indian Grade 11 and 12 Mathematics. At the university level, I teach courses such as Calculus I and II, Linear Algebra, Graph Theory, Complex Analysis, Differential Equations, and Numerical Analysis, along with Additional Mathematics.

My teaching style is straightforward. I focus on fundamental concepts, utilize YouTube videos and websites for graph sketching, and assign students tasks for improvement.

I am a postgraduate with a BEd in Mathematics. I have been teaching since 2005. I am familiar with the IGCSE, Edexcel, IB, CBSE, and Kerala State Syllabuses. I was a Maths teacher in the Maldives under the Education Ministry. My experience in the Maldives gave me exposure to Edexcel and UK curricula.

I handle topics from simple to complex. I always reinforce the basic knowledge of the current topic. I always involve my students in teaching and learning activities. I give critical-thinking and research-type questions. I always try to inspire my students in Mathematics.

I hold a UAE Private Tutor License issued by MOHRE and have worked in Mathematics tutoring for many years. Although my professional qualification is in Homeopathic Medicine, Mathematics has been a major part of my teaching work. I work through the syllabus followed by each student and supplement it with questions from past papers and other sources.

Tutoring Approach

I use the student's syllabus as the starting point, then add plenty of question practice around each topic. I mainly teach in English, but I can also explain difficult concepts in Malayalam when that helps a student understand the idea more clearly.

I can tutor trigonometry, geometry, calculus, additional math, and other related subjects. I’ve taught additional math for over 8 years to O/A level students. The passion for exploring amazing math concepts has been my passion for many years. This is why I decided to become a tutor and play with arithmetic symbols. Plus, teach the mother of all subjects to students around the world.

Being I tutor, I focus on developing the core concepts of additional math. I start with easy and basic-level topics and then gradually move on to complex levels. I’m strictly against the “memorize-the-exact-questions” technique. Instead, I tutor my students through the entire process, which can be used as a standard problem-solving solution for multiple questions. Apart from all this, students are also provided with regular progress reports. Quizzes are also conducted to analyze the students problems.
