I’m a certified biology tutor with the utmost communication and teaching skills. I’m also working as a part-time pharmacist. I have taught Japanese for more than ten years and have gained a deep understanding of its cultural context. I have traveled to different parts of Japan for work and noticed how the local customs and traditions influence the language. I tell my students about the real-life stories, experiences, and things I learned while I was in Japan. This method helps learners understand the bigger picture of what they are studying, which is important for understanding a language.
When I teach Japanese, I use a comprehensive approach. We will work on grammar and vocabulary and explore Japanese films, songs, and literature. When students understand the connection between language and culture, it becomes easier for them to remember and use what they have learned. Also, learning a language becomes more enjoyable and interesting when you can connect it to stories, songs, and movies!
My Japanese tutor is friendly, but I'm struggling with the lessons. He uses a lot of Japanese during class, and I find it hard to follow. I need more explanations in English to understand. I hope he can adapt the lessons to suit different learning styles.
