Associate of Science in Analytical Chemistry
I’ve been dealing with chemistry for more than 13 years! So far, I’ve tutored more than 600 students with their course materials, practical work, final assessments, and other academic-related projects. I’m a certified IB tutor, and I can tutor different curricula too. My passion for learning chemistry and helping enthusiastic learners is encouraging me to deliver lectures in one-on-one sessions. I have a wide range of experience in tutoring university-level students with their semester’s course materials.
I use easy-to-comprehend language for tutoring chemistry to my students. I not only elaborate on intriguing concepts but also share the practical use of those topics in real life. This allows them to connect and link the concepts with multiple real-life situations, ultimately helping them memorize the concepts while strengthening their critical thinking skills.
Highly recommend tutor! He tutored me throughout my first semester. I was nervous before getting started, but he made everything very easy.
Amazing tutor! He is excellent!

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Archaeology
Hi! Dina here! I’m a research expert and great at tutoring history and archaeology-related subjects in highly-personalized online and face-to-face sessions. I’ve also had the privilege of working as a full-time history teacher at several institutions, where I taught a multitude of students in stationary classes and designed lesson plans that befitted their requirements.
I like to create a fun environment where students can learn while enjoying the entire learning process. I like to use engaging activities and digital resources for delivering the lectures. Students in my sessions are allowed to express their opinions and recommendations regarding the betterment of the lesson plans or so. Home assignments are usually not assigned. Instead, I focus on solving the students’ learning problems within the sessions under my supervision.
One of the best tutors so far! Dina is great at tutoring students in highly-personalized learning environments. Excellent and a wonderful tutor!
She is amazing! Her tutoring style is very impressive. I would highly recommend her to the history students who want to enjoy the lessons.
Brilliant tutor!
Doctoral degree in Computer Science and Math
In my 13 years of teaching, I've learned the value of professionalism. I always ensure timely and organized sessions. Holding a doctoral degree shows my curriculum expertise, especially in University Math. This helps me in making difficult concepts understandable. I have a passion for teaching which drives me to go beyond traditional methods. My experience gives me the knowledge and the understanding needed in teaching.
Students learn best when they are engaged and curious. Therefore, I actively encourage questions. No question is ever "too basic" or "silly." Each inquiry is an opportunity for learning. Alongside this, I emphasize critical thinking, guiding students to not just find answers but to understand the logic and reasoning behind them. To further enhance understanding, I follow problem-based learning. By presenting real-world problems, students can directly apply what they've learned.
Sir Avi always remains updated with the latest research and progress in math. This quality makes the sessions relevant and fresh. Being a university student, updated information is a great asset for me to succeed.
Avi encourages curiosity and never ignores any question, no matter how simple. This is how he makes a frank learning environment where I’m not hesitant to discover new ideas. I used to feel ashamed asking any question, but Avi has made me confident.
PhD in management
I hold a PhD in management. I have extensive teaching experience in banking, management, and business development. I teach different grades and subjects, mostly between grade 9 and 12, in addition to university students. I believe in figures and accomplishments. A good outcome is the only expected result and I believe its the tutor's duty to figure out what it takes to achieve it.
I believe teaching in general is one of the most interesting careers. It helps you return to the world what you have taken without loosing any of it. In contrary, it has been shown that you learn a subject the most when you teach it. Generally, guidance is the best way to lead through the journey, going step-by-step to get the desired goal and discussing topics is definitely a secure method to achieve.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship
For the last 13 years, I have focused on teaching and guiding students in business management and entrepreneurship. I started my education journey after finishing my MBA degree, where I focused on entrepreneurship. My education and experience in running a small business have given me valuable knowledge I use in teaching. I have taught at college and advanced degree levels, teaching various subjects like business strategy, managing start-up companies, and business innovation. I have experience leading workshops and seminars that teach people how to start and plan their businesses.
My tutoring style focuses on hands-on learning and applying knowledge to real-life situations. In my sessions, I often study real-life examples of businesses that have done well and examine why some have failed. I help students develop their business ideas and guide them in planning and executing them. I also work on improving essential skills for entrepreneurs, like evaluating risks, thinking strategically, and being adaptable. I use a personalized and interactive approach focusing on students' interests and goals. I want to create a positive and motivating place for students to learn, where they feel comfortable exploring and growing their entrepreneurial dreams.
Sara was excellent and helped me understand the topics I was struggling with. I strongly recommend her as a tutor and will hire her again for future subjects.
Sara assisted me with my commerce course. She simplified complex ideas to their most basic form. She understood what I needed and adjusted her approach to fit. I highly recommend her as a tutor for anyone who wants a structured and enthusiastic teacher! You study with ease.
Masters in Calculus
In my tutoring experience, I’ve explored many math topics, leading to a strong grasp on multiple specializations. This knowledge has proven effective when preparing students for exams. I've found that mixing traditional teaching with modern classroom technology boosts learning. By including tools that students are familiar with, I ensure that they remain connected.
When I teach, I frequently use visual aids because they simplify math. Homework, in my view, should not be boring. Instead, I plan fun assignments that challenge and inspire students. I always prioritize continuous improvement. Regular feedback and assessments highlight areas that require attention. This ensures that students remain on track.
I appreciate that Shiloh acts on my feedback. It shows his commitment to tutoring. He also communicates well with my parents. Not many tutors do this so I appreciate his efforts outside the session.
Shiloh is a great teacher. His creative teaching, such as using real-world examples, have made learning more relatable and fun. It’s improved my comprehension and retention.
PhD in Comparative Literature, PGDE (Postgraduate Diploma in Education
I began my career in Italy, where I focused on studying the connections between Italian and English literature and how they influence each other. I started teaching at local colleges and then expanded to teaching internationally because of this research journey. I have organized workshops all around the world, focusing on how literary themes are common to everyone. I am skilled at combining Eastern and Western literature to create a diverse understanding of different literary styles.
I want to help you understand the different parts of a piece of literature by breaking them down one at a time. Instead of just reading, we will examine the text by asking questions and looking for answers. We will look at the social and political context, the author's life, the cultural details, and much more. This approach helps students both enjoy the literature and fully understand the story's complexity.
I'm glad I know him. He is a teacher, but he is also a friend and someone I can talk to about anything. Also, he always tries to find the best way to teach you with different engaging sources because he cares about your success just as much as you do. On the other hand, he loves getting to teach. It goes without saying that he knows a lot about English. It will be clear to you. So, you can believe in him because he is trying his best. First, though, make sure you'll do your best. Have fun!
Always nice, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. It makes it very easy to understand the writing. Besides being nice and funny, he is also very down to earth. You will grow a lot because of him. A wonderful teacher and friend. He works very hard to make sure his kids do well, and it was amazing how much time and effort he put into them. He's also very funny and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Very good teacher.

M.A. in World War Era History
I have been teaching for 12 years, mainly focusing on the IB curriculum. I started studying at a well-known international school in Birmingham. I developed a way of learning that combines different subjects to understand the complexities of the World War era. I have also organised many workshops to help IB students with their Internal Assessments, Extended Essays, and Paper 3. These workshops make sure that students are prepared and feel confident.
The IB History course, especially when studying World War era, asks students to carefully examine events with a focus on how they are connected globally. In my classes, we focus on both the major events and the human stories and emotions connected to these events. We examine primary and secondary sources. We look at bias, context, and draw conclusions based on what we learn.Working together is encouraged. Students often work together in groups to have discussions, give presentations, and complete projects. They do this to learn about different viewpoints on historical events. For those getting ready for IB assessments, we practise answering questions in a structured way. We focus on evaluating sources and creating arguments that consider both sides.
She was able to make the time period of the World War quite interesting. However, I was hoping for a greater emphasis on the post-war restructuring of geopolitical power.
In my instance, it was IB History, and Ava is really friendly and tries her best to help you in every way she can. She offers several top-notch sources for research and has a wealth of historical knowledge. Her courses are not only incredibly interesting and enjoyable, but also very beneficial. Ava is a great teacher, and her engaging attitude keeps you focused and attention during the entire course.
I felt like we sometimes strayed from the IB syllabus requirements, despite the fact that the instructor had a great deal of knowledge and an engaging teaching approach.
