Further Maths tutors in Ras Al Khaimah offer online or home tutoring by male and female professionals. This A-level subject prepares students for taking math in universities because it includes advanced mathematical content. Not many A-level students can study further math on their own, which is why a knowledgeable tutor helps. At MTS, we have experienced teachers who have an in-depth understanding of further math. You can go through the prices, schedule, and reviews of our tutors. Both one-on-one and group tutoring are available.
Master of Science in Mathematics
Greetings! I’m Rawan and I’m here to teach further mathematics. I’ve taught at numerous prestigious schools and universities, which exposed me to a lot of teaching methodologies and helped me become a better teacher. I specialize in different areas of math including algebra, topology, derivation, integration, and many others. That being said, I have an excellent command of further math-related subjects. I’m an expert at delivering lectures in different contexts, including online, offline, and grouped sessions.
I focus on teaching problem-solving procedures. I belive that, students, when encouraged to participate in the learning processes, tend to focus more on the details, ultimately retaining the learned knowledge for years to come. This is the reason why I use activity-based tutoring approaches, giving more emphasis on the development of students’ cognitive and critical thinking skills. Feedback is provided to the students, so they can keep a track of their performance and have glimpses of gaps that need to be addressed in the upcoming sessions.
I never thought I would ever start enjoying further math. Rawan helped me build a strong conceptual foundation. Highly recommended tutor!
Very knowledgeable! Very humble! Very talented! And a superb tutor! He always explained the concepts with easy-to-understand language. I loved solving problems under his supervision.
A very talented tutor! Because of Rawan’s help, I was able to score excellent scores in my final exam. He explains everything well!
MSC
I have been teaching Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Additional Mathematics, including working with students following the GCSE curriculum. My experience includes helping students work through advanced mathematical concepts and develop a logical approach to solving problems.
I start by making sure the underlying concept is clear before moving into more challenging questions. I use simple, relatable examples where appropriate and then give students opportunities to apply the concept through practice problems.
A-Level, GCSE
I have been tutoring GCSE students since 2023. I work closely with the specification students are studying and use exam-style questions to help them become familiar with the requirements of their course.
I first identify the topics that require the most attention through questions and practice tests. We then focus on those areas, work through relevant problems, and revisit them later to check whether the student can apply the method independently.
BS
I teach Mathematics across GCSE, CBSE, A-level, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, and Canadian curricula. My work has involved students with different syllabuses and levels of mathematical understanding, including students who need to strengthen their foundation before moving into Further Mathematics.
I can teach all those students who are afraid of Further Mathematics and who want to clear their basics. Once the student understands the method, I use progressively challenging questions to build their ability to apply it independently.
M.Tech
I teach Further Mathematics, Mathematics, and Statistics, with experience supporting A-level students through online lessons and home tutoring. I started my teaching career in 2019 and have worked with students who need help understanding advanced topics as well as those preparing for their examinations.
I like lessons to involve plenty of problem-solving rather than only theory. We work through examples together, then I give students similar problems to see whether they can apply the method on their own. I use their work to decide whether we should move to a new topic or spend more time strengthening the current one.
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
I have been teaching Further Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science since 2023. I also achieved an A* in Further Mathematics, which led me to continue studying and practicing the subject beyond my school education. I enjoy working through challenging mathematical problems and helping students understand the methods behind them.
I focus on the reasoning behind a problem rather than just showing the final solution. I work through examples with students, break complex questions into manageable steps, and then give them similar problems to solve independently.
Bachelor Of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
I have been teaching Mathematics, with a focus on helping students work through problems accurately and efficiently. My engineering background also gives me a practical perspective when explaining mathematical methods and calculations.
I start by checking how the student approaches a question and where they tend to spend the most time. We then practice different question types, focusing on choosing the right method and showing the working clearly.
B.Tech
I have been teaching Mathematics, Computer Science, and Further Mathematics for the past two years. My teaching covers mathematical concepts as well as problem-solving, with a focus on helping students understand the steps involved rather than simply memorizing methods.
I encourage students to work through problems themselves after we have covered the concept and a few examples together. When they get stuck, I go back through the steps with them, explain where the difficulty lies, and give them similar questions to practice.
B.Tech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
I teach Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Physics to students following IB, A-level, and GCSE curricula. Working across these programs has given me experience with different course requirements and styles of assessment.
I prepare my own notes and organize lessons around the topics being covered. I like to keep a balance between explanation and practice, giving students time to work through problems themselves while I guide them through any difficult steps.
Bachelor of Engineering
I have a Bachelor of Engineering and have been teaching Physics and Further Mathematics. My engineering background has given me a strong foundation in mathematical problem-solving, which I bring into my Mathematics lessons.
I focus on making each step of a problem clear before moving on to the next one. I encourage students to ask questions, work through examples with me, and then practise similar problems independently. I review their solutions to identify where they may need additional explanation or practice.
