My teaching philosophy is to be passionate, enthusiastic, and engaging every time I lecture so students are excited to learn more about the topic and become active learners. I don’t try to be the favorite teacher. Instead, I want to help the students to become self-sufficient. Effective teachers can explain complex ideas in simple ways. While questioning, I understand that the student is actively involved in learning. Keep your students thinking. Unless they actively use the concepts you teach, most students will remember only a tiny fraction of what you teach.
I am using PPT and video methods for teaching, I connect students to the real-world or day-to-day world so they can understand it better. I prepared my topic and then gave a small introduction to students so they could understand the outline of that topic. Keep your students engaged with a positive attitude. I design a strategy, write an outline or take notes to follow during a lecture, and prepare flowcharts, diagrams, etc. Mistakes are normal. But being afraid to make a mistake makes us prime targets.
