PhD Mathematics
I teach Mathematics at both university and school levels, with a PhD in Mathematics. My school-level teaching includes A-level, GCSE, Edexcel, and Indian Grade 11 and 12 Mathematics. At the university level, I teach courses such as Calculus I and II, Linear Algebra, Graph Theory, Complex Analysis, Differential Equations, and Numerical Analysis, along with Additional Mathematics.
My teaching style is straightforward. I focus on fundamental concepts, utilize YouTube videos and websites for graph sketching, and assign students tasks for improvement.
MTech
My teaching background covers Mathematics and Computer Science, with a strong focus on Programming in C and Python, Algorithms, Engineering Mathematics, and Discrete Mathematics. I have been teaching these subjects since 2005, working with students across different levels and helping them connect mathematical concepts with practical problem-solving.
With Additional Mathematics, I give students plenty of room to ask questions and work through areas they find difficult. I explain the concept first, then use questions to check whether they can apply it on their own rather than simply remembering a formula.
BS
I have worked extensively with IGCSE students. In my teaching career, the percentage of students achieving C grades and above in the IGCSE board examination increased from 67% to 85%, while more than 25% achieved results above their predicted grades, including A grades and above.
I plan lessons around what the student needs to work on at that point in their studies. This allows us to spend more time on difficult areas while keeping the rest of the syllabus moving forward.
M.Com
I teach Mathematics and Additional Mathematics to students across different age groups. Over the years, I have worked with students at different levels, adapting the depth of the lesson to what they are studying and where they need more support.
I prefer to work through mathematical problems with students rather than simply provide the final answer. I explain the reasoning behind each step and check their understanding as we go, giving them opportunities to solve similar problems on their own.
M.A in Math
I have been teaching students at the school and college levels since 2018. I develop lesson plans according to students' needs. I make a strong connection with my students, and they discuss and share whatever bothers them. I have worked with students at different learning levels. My journey of success has made me more confident about my teaching strategies and skills. I have also worked with students with special needs and met their needs.
I am skilled at motivating students through positive encouragement and understanding of concepts via feedback and observations. I am a students-centric mentor. I have the knowledge to attract students and make them in interested in the assigned tasks.
B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering
I have a B.Tech background in Electronics and Communication Engineering and teach Additional Mathematics at A-level. I enjoy working with students on mathematical topics alongside my engineering field.
I prefer an open conversation during lessons rather than simply working through a list of questions. I encourage students to explain what they are finding difficult so we can work on the issue together.
BSc
I teach Additional Mathematics to students from Grades 6 to 10 and have been working in this area since 2020. My lessons cover the core mathematical concepts students need at this level, along with regular practice to help them apply those concepts to questions.
I pay attention to the kind of mistakes a student makes while solving questions. If the same issue comes up more than once, we go back to that part of the concept and work through a few similar questions before moving ahead.
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
I teach Additional Mathematics and have a background in Mechanical Engineering. My engineering studies have given me a strong foundation in mathematical problem-solving, and I bring that analytical approach into my teaching. I help students understand mathematical methods and apply them to problems.
I keep my lessons patient and practical. I first make sure the student understands what a question is asking, then we work through the relevant method and practice it with similar problems. I also encourage students to ask questions whenever they need another explanation.
Master of Computer Application
I have worked as both an Assistant Teacher and an Additional Mathematics Teacher. Alongside regular teaching, I have also mentored students preparing for Mathematics competitive exams.
I like solving problems alongside my students and helping them work out where they are getting stuck. I encourage them to attempt a question first, then step in with guidance where needed rather than taking over the entire solution.
MS
I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and teach Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, and Computer Science. My background in computing also helps me bring a logical, problem-solving approach to mathematical questions.
A-level students often need to move beyond knowing a formula and focus on how to use it in different questions. I use plenty of exam-style practice so students can apply the concepts they've learned and become familiar with the way questions are structured.
